Can I have your fee taken from my refund?

We can deduct our fee from the ATO refund and have the net funds deposited directly into your own bank account. Please advise your tax agent so that this can be arranged. As standard procedure, all refunds are deducted from our fees in order to provide you with a simplified payment system.

Can you prepare multiple years returns at the same time?

We can prepare and lodge all prior year returns no matter how far back they date.

Can I book a Double appointment with a partner?

Certainly, booking with a partner is not a problem and streamlines our process. If you would like to book in with a partner please request upon booking your meeting with Aylmore & Associates.

How long will my refund take?

Majority of tax refunds are processed within 14 days or before, which is standard ATO protocol.

How can I pay my bill?

  • Direct Transfer: Transfer direct to our bank account using the details on the bottom left of your invoice.
  • Post: Send a Cheque via post
  • Phone: Contact our office on 08 9382 3355 to pay over the phone via credit card using either VISA or Mastercard.
  • In Person: Come into our office and pay with cash, cheque or credit card
